Double and single-acting versions The Schrader Bellows P1A series of pneumatic cylinders are intended for use in a wide range of applications. These cylinders are particularly suitable for lighter duties in the packaging, food and textile industries. Hygienic design, the use of corrosion-resistant materials and initial lubrication with our food-grade grease makes the cylinders suitable for food industry applications. Thorough design and high quality manufacturing throughout ensure long service life and optimum performance. Mounting dimensions are in accordance with ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P. This greatly simplifies installation and world-wide interchangeability. P1A cylinders are available in bore sizes of 10, 12, 16, 20 and 25 mm, with stroke lengths from 10 mm to 320 mm. Single-acting cylinders with spring return in the retract direction are available in stroke lengths up to 80 mm. Single-acting cylinders with spring return in the extend direction are available in 16 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm bore sizes and with stroke lengths up to 80 mm.

Parker’s P1Q series cylinders provide an economical, compactdesign suited for a variety of applications. With its modularflexibility and low cost price point, the P1Q will provide the ideal solution machine builders need today.

The P1Q series has 10 bore sizes and standard stroke rangesfrom 5mm – 100mm. Both male and female rod end optionsand magnetic or non-magnetic construction can be specified.Also, threaded through holes are the standard mountingoption, and 4 additional modular mounting configurations areavailable.

The P1Q provides quieter operation due to its build inbumpers, which are standard on all bore sizes. Included inbore sizes 40mm – 100mm is a piston wear band providingsuperior life. 

Sensors and AccessoriesWhen piston sensing is needed, the integrated switch groovesprovide flexible mounting of any combination of NPN, PNP, andreed sensors with flying leads, M8, or M12 cord options withinthe Parker P8S Global Sensor Family. 
For rod end accessories, when a male rod is specified, bothrod clevis and rod eye accessories are available.
