Advanced Sealing Technology

All components are manufactured by Parker and designed for high performance, long service life, low friction and zero leakage. • Tri-lip rod seal (3 sealing edges!) and bi-directional piston seal feature proven leak-free performance. • Durable polyurethane material is used to maximize seal life. • Nitrile end seals and backup rings on a smooth bore of the cylinder body for optimal sealing and elimination of extrusion problems. • Composite rod and piston wear rings are internally lubricated for reduced friction and formulated for heavy-duty, load-bearing applications. • Standard rod material is case-hardened, hard chrome plated and polished to an optimum finish. • And since we make our own seals, all seals have immediate availability in other popular compounds.

General Description Series D1FP direct operated control NG6 (CETOP 3) valve features extremely high dynamics combined with maximum flow. It is used for high accuracy in positioning of a hydraulic axis, and for controlling force and velocity. Driven by the new patented VCD® actuator, the D1FP reaches the frequency response of servovalves. Compared with solenoid driven valves, the D1FP can also be used in applications with pressure drops up to 350 Bar (5075 PSI) across the valve. Because of the high flow capability the D1FP can be a substitute for NG10 valves in some cases. At power-down the spool moves in a defined position. All common input signals are available.

Compact Hydraulic Cylinders Series CHE/CHD

Primary Seal – polyurethane rod seal with multiple sealing edges is self-compensating and self relieving to withstand pressure variations and conform to mechanical deflection that may occur

Secondary Seal – Rod Wiper – wipes clean any oil film adhering to the rod on the extend stroke and cleans the rod on the return stroke.

Cylinder Body – corrosion resistant aluminum alloy. Hard anodized I.D for long wear. Sensor mounting grooves on three sides.

Magnetic Piston Option – for solid state or reed switch actuation.

Clamping Element LE2 Series

In accordance with the theory of booster, low air pressure is converted to high oil pressure, and the force is taken outside by hydraulic piston to use as power. With booster and clamp head in one unit, it is small and lightweight for easy application.

• With the cylindrical shape, both length and exterior dimension are small and it is also very compact.
• As cylinder volume is extremely small, the air consumption can be minimized.
• The mounting position can be adjusted with clamp ring, and the clamping will be performed quickly and completely with short stroke.

The LVDT is completely integrated into the housing and therefore, it does not require an exposed cable connection. Thus an unintended disconnection is unlikely. General Description Series D*1FB pilot operated proportional directional valves come in 4 sizes: D31FB NG10 (CETOP 5) D41FB NG16 (CETOP 7) D91FB NG25 (CETOP 8) D111FB NG32 (CETOP 10) The valves are available with and without onboard electronics (OBE). D*1FB OBE: The digital onboard electronics is situated in a robust metal housing, which allows usage under rough environmental conditions. The nominal values are factory set. The cable connection to a serial RS-232 interface is available as an accessory. D*1FB for external electronics: The parameters can be saved, changed and duplicated in combination with the digital power amplifier PWD00A-400. Series D*1FB valve parameters can be edited with the common ProPxD software for both versions. The D*1FB valves work with barometric feedback of the main stage to the pressure reducing pilot valve. The pilot control pressure of 25 Bar (363 PSI) allows high flow rates of maximum of stability. The innovative integrated regenerative function into the A-line (optional) allows new energy saving circuits for differential cylinders.
